I really like this product. I use it before I sleep and when I wake up it really works. Precisely because it contains carbon to help in cleaning. It will take couple of days to feel the difference.

It sort of works, but the information given on Amazon, is very different to the one given on the chat with costumer service. Plus I don't think costumer service really knows what they are talking about. They certainly are not medical professionals.It says no side effects, I was in unbearable stomach pain for 2 weeks.I did lose a lot of the bloating, that was good.It does seem to clean the liver... so much that the medication I take stopped working. I now had to restart treatment from scratch because it washed away the benefits of my medication. Before buying it I contacted them and asked for interactions and they said it was completely safe and that there weren't any. Maybe they should research more before making false promises. Stopped after 3 weeks and starting to feel better now that my meds are doing their work.Regret buying it.

After a few days I was definitely less bloated and toilet visits were a less time consuming ordeal. As a bus driver there is no way I wanted laxatives…. waaay too risky. These however provided a nice balance of being easier to go without the fear of having a wee accident. No stomach pain and easy to swallow. Will be getting more if I get bloated again.
