Otsuka EQUELLE for Womens Health & Beauty Pouch Type 120 Tablets with Plastic Box

I've been using this product (S-Equol ) and it seems to help with my symptoms. (There is limited study dataa on whether it works generally.) This brand is less expensive than the other brand on Amazon. Soy isoflavones would be less expensive, (and I'm taking them too) but evidently, some women's digestive tracts create S-equol from soy isoflavones and some don't. I'd say it's worth a try.

I tried the American Equelle first. It took 2 months to even start working. But it did work and reduced hot flashes but about 60%. Then the American Equelle changed their product somehow...and it all fell apart. Sleepless nights with 30 hot flashes. Then I found the original Japanese Equelle and now it works again. Significantly reduces hot flashes, mood swings even dry eye...it works realky really well. My quality of life improved significantly.But it is very expensive and what scares me most is that I don't know if it's legit and if there are sided effects I should be aware of. The package label is all in Japanese.For me the products really works. I just wish I knew that it was 100% safe to take.

This product was from china. Didn't trust product didn't explain from another country. I tried to return product but refused

No packaging in English, no instructions ; I am afraid to take this drug.

I was going to give this a try but then I saw that it has talc in it. That’s a hard pass for me.
