Design is good as per price but some problem in blade.Speed is also good

We got the new Electric Chopper in Good Condition but when we plugged it in, the motor was not working. Fortunately we checked the working on same day and found out the issue. We tried all the listed solution for Product support but none worked. We have ordered a replacement for same which was easily placed over amazon. I suggest to check the working condition of machine on same day or as soon as possible.

Product is good and works very fast. But it was delivered in product box only. No outer packaging, no layering at all. It was not packed. Anybody could have opened it easily before being delivered to the final customer. No packaging could have done damage to the product also. Seller should see how the product is to be sent.
