Totally worth it!
Amazon gliched out and kinda gave a weird delivery date. But the tablet came early and even though I thought it said it may not come with a pen, there was a pen included.

The tablet software is locked by verizon
The tablet arrived perfectly in Venezuela. It works well the hardware, the screen is new the pencil I bought it apart works perfect. The problem: it does not allow calls to other operators. If you can use the internet from other operators other than Verizon. I think the most honest thing to do is to warn the customer that the tablet has this problem. At the very least they should indicate who I unlock it with or how to unlock it. The product is not bad, the quality of the hardware is excellent it came new. The problem is the software. I tried to contact Samsung and Verizon to resolve this problem. I have to go to a store to unlock it.

Not unlocked at all. Listing is FALSE
Ordered two tablets, both locked to ATT. Managed to get one unlocked but still can't activate it on Verizon, and the other was denied by ATT.Do yourself a favor and don't go through the ordeal I just went through and SKIP THIS ONE.

The best value for the money.
Looks and feels brand new. Can't even tell it was refurbished. Battery is perfect also. If you want a 5G capable tablet, this one is the best value. I use it for college work, web browsing, and watching Youtube / Twitch, along with some light gaming. Does everything excellent. The screen is beautiful and the viewing angles are excellent. Purchasing a second unit for my wife.

Locked to AT&T
The device looked fine, but I was surprised to find that it was locked to AT&T, even though it was supposed to be unlocked.

Great, for what it is!
This tablet is a fantastic value for the money! It came exactly as advertised, excellent condition, unlocked and my daughter is super happy with her tablet. Took it right over to t Mobile and got it hooked up with no problems and she's receiving her 5g UC without issue.Perfect tablet for kids!

Great but bad
I give this a 3 star for the first tablet didn't work and I have two kids in the house so I ordered two and the second one work's great I will update the information when I get a replacement for the demo tablet they accidently sent me
