These packets are perfect for traveling. I recently brought these on a trip and it was so convenient. These can easily be added to a bottle of water and the product dissolves well. As far as effectiveness goes, I have seen an improvement in my complexion. The only downside is the price point. For me, $53 for 28 packets is a bit spendy.

These packets blend really well in a shaker cup, and not so well with a spoon in a glass. They are sweet using stevia extract. It recommends using 16-20 ounces of water to to mix and with less than this amount the sweetness might be to much for some people, it was to sweet for my wife. We used these after having the flu and when we went back to work there wasn't any comments about us appearing to be looking sick. I didn't notice any ill side effects from taking this product either.

I received a safety sealed box of 28 SeroVital Glow Sticks, Citrus flavored drink mix packets. The label provides product information, instructions, ingredient list, lot number, expiration date and company details. The box I received indicated an expiration date of 11/2025.The product is promoted as an ingestible beauty powder that supports the skin barrier, improves elasticity, fine lines, wrinkles and hydration.Instructions state to mix one packet with 16 - 20 ounces of cold water and drink. I mixed the Citrus flavored packet with 20 fluid ounces of water. In my personal opinion that provided only a very subtle hint of citrus flavor. Next time I will try mixing the packet with only16 fluid ounces of water, which may provide a bit more flavor, which to me would be preferable.Please note this formula includes 15% sodium per serving, which is more than I care for in drink mixes, however I am sure the addition of ceramides, hyaluronic acid, electrolytes and other included ingredients provide potential benefits. Also, be aware instructions state to NOT consume more than 2 Glow Sticks in one day.

This product sources minerals and electrolytes from the Mediterranean to nourish skin. It also has hyaluronic acid, which I’ve read conflicting information on its safety, but it’s showing up in more and more products. As I have a negative reaction to collagen products, which this supplement does not contain, I’m happy to try out the benefits of hyaluronic acid which causes me no side effects at all.The taste of this drink mix is delicious. It’s called “sun-kissed citrus” flavor, but to me it’s closer to grapefruit flavor which I love. It mixes up easily with just a spoon in a minute or so. The sweet and salty formula is very refreshing. There’s 150% vitamin C and 20% magnesium, as well as a proprietary blend of fruit extracts. I’m hoping to see results before I’m through with the 28 packets included. If I do, the $2/packet price tag would be worth it. Recommended.

My wife and I have been using these SeroVital Glow Sticks for hydration during sports activities and they provide a good level of electrolytes, hyaluronic acid, ceramides, trace minerals, red wine polyphenols, and vitamin C with no added sugar (Stevia is added as a sweetner). The citrusy flavor is refreshing. The only negative for me is that they're pricey, costing more than double the price of regular sports hydration sticks, but I guess the extra is because of the skin revitalizing ingredients.

After about a week of drinking these I feel like my skin is healthier. When I look in the mirror in the morning I don’t have the dark circles that oftentimes develop. Like the single serving packets that are easy to bring on the go. Mixed easy with water and has a good taste. Like that it’s very low in sugar/carbs as well.

I love having these after I use my treadmill, I sweat a lot, so electrolytes always do me good. This doesn’t mix great and there’s always leftover mix at the bottom, but it tastes great and seems to perk me up a bit after a workout. I have no idea the effects on skin, as it will probably take a long time using these to see those benefits and I sure can’t afford to do that at this extremely high price.

I really like the flavor of these packets- sparkling citrusy flavor and didn't have a fake sweet aftertaste. I usually put the powder into a 24 oz cup and fill it up all the way. Because it's a light weight powder, putting it in before water seems to work best.Not sure what it does for my skin, but I like it for the magnesium it supplies. Great for travel or on the go.
