Wow! I’m very skeptical about weight loss products, I’ve tried so many. I had actually lost weight by myself with just eating right and hit a plateau that he lasted over 2 months. I looked up what to do and this product popped up. A lot of people at my work are taking a shot for weight loss, this I feel is safer. I only take 2 capsules a day and it took 3 weeks, but now my weight is moving and I’m definitely less hungry. They taste nasty, but wash it down fast enough and you get past the taste. I am ordering my 2nd bottle now.

I took this as directed for the full 30 days. Only effect was to make me very nauseated for an hour after taking each dose. Did not affect weight loss in the slightest. Hopefully it will work better for others.

Not only did I not notice a thing I could never get any of the GNC program as the website its hosted on does not exist. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money on this product.

It's a good appetite suppressant. However, the powder exploded in the container, and now I have some pills with no powder, which seems like a waste.

I bought this product a month ago it’s really magical for me I weigh 179 pounds today I am 172 I would notice one thing that I was doing Ramadan for Muslim fasting that’s helped me too and I eat at home nice food no burgers or cola less sugar and I eat bread but little from everything

I have been using these tablets before or during each significant meal as directed for the past two weeks. You only use them when you eat a full meal, not a snack or a GNC Meal Substitute Diet Shake that I'm using in conjunction with these tablets. About all I've noticed is that they keep you "regular." I have lost weight and will continue to do so, but you can't rely on these capsules alone. Nor can you rely on the GNC Diet Shakes. You still must focus on and engage in a comprehensive weight loss program. That means exercise, controlling your portions, and staying away from the junk food.

I was hesitant to try this with the bad reviews, but I have been trying to loosing 5 lbs for the past year and I just needed some help. I only take this with dinner and it completely takes all my night time cravings away!
