Works well for its intended purpose. It’s comfortable

It’s a lot smaller than the picture gives the impression of. The model must have been a teenage girl, because it did not cover the opening of my adult male ear canal, allowing a lot of external noise in. It is plenty loud, though the bass response was not as good as some reviews stated. It’s mainly mid and high frequencies. If I were using this only for communication, it would be great, and I’d recommend it for that. But it didn’t suit my particular needs.

This thing technically plays sound in your ear, but don't expect to enjoy it. This is the worst quality earpiece I have ever used. Throwing it in the trash now. Not returning it for fear someone else will have to hear sound through this.

Good solution for one-ear listening, decent audio quality.The fit is poor though. Doesn't sit well on the ear.

I've had to wear an earpiece for almost 20 years - this is the most comfortable one ever! You do have to watch the sound level coming from the radio since you'll be used to the old ones - will hurt! But hooks up nicely and so far I've loved it!

I can wear it over hearing aid. It works just fine.
