Let’s lower that milk supply!!!
The tea tasted good. Was easy to drink. I had the amount it says on the box. Helped reduce my milk supple in just a few weeks.

Helps and Tastes Great
I was a bit skeptical but after the first cup of tea I did notice an increase in my supply. It’s important to figure out what time of day works best for you too. I usually drink a cup in the morning and one at night before bed. It’s really put my supply worries at ease. I also love the flavor which makes drinking it regularly much more enjoyable. It’s a soft spiced flavor almost like a mellow chai.

First time mom..Very speedy labor... had to have been help from the red raspberry leaf tea!
I drank this brand of tea for most of my pregnancy. Starting at about 9/10weeks and into the 3rd tri. I am an avid tea drinker and I liked this flavor tea. It was very tasty iced. Some women say its better with honey but I didn’t mind it plain. My midwife suggested 1 cup per day during the 1st trimester, 2cups 2nd, 3cups 3rd. I switched to the Yogi brand red raspberry leaf tea my third trimester because this was out of stock and enjoyed the flavor of that one a little better. Both teas are very mild and I found both tasty. You can find it here. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009F3SFK/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_54 both are good and an excellent price to buy in bulk. They say this is a labor prep tea and gets your uterus ready to have a speedy labor. This was my first baby. I drank this tea religiously and it was easy to keep in a jug in the fridge and I would pour a cup here and there throughout the day. (I was in my 3rd trimester throughout the FL summer months so it was nice to have it iced) Towards the end I was drinking this all the time. I went into labor 10 days before my due date. I had a very mild pre-labor which started about 5am on Sept 24th... I didn’t really know I was in labor until the surges started coming closer together and regularly. My water broke at 5pm that day and labor started immediately-- very intense. I got into the birthing tub at 5:45pm and labor advanced quickly. I was fully dilated by 9pm. By body started pushing on its own and I don't remember pushing for very long. I gave birth to my baby girl in the water at 9:57pm that same evening, fully conscious without any pain relief. I don't know if it was in part the tea or my body but I can only assume the tea had something to do with it. They say it helps prep you for a speedy labor and my labor was just that. BEWARE --- a speedy labor means super intense labor. It was hard to stay in focus with the hypnobirthing because it was so intense... I was 0 dilated when my water broke and fully 10cm in less than 4 hours!!!

Good tea
Lost a star because sometimes the string detaches from the tea bag and the herbs go through the hole.

Amazing!
i swear by this tea. I tell everyone about it. I started drinking in the third trimester I don't remember when but I knew the sooner the better so it could tone the uterus and it did. I drank it mostly every day and noticed later, the days I didn't drink it I didn't have the cramps like I did on the days I did. The cramping indicated it was working so I made sure I drank it every day. I had a healthy pregnancy and the cramps just felt like period cramps. I wasn't worried about it at all. My uterus got stronger. During labor I pushed 5 times and there was my beautiful baby girl. The doctors thanked ME for such a great delivery but I believe it was mostly the tea. I also, did a few other things I researched to help with delivery.I ate dates, they say six a day to help dialate the cervix but i just made granola bars with them. Granola bars-Oats dates nuts chia seeds whatever you like...Prunes. They are sweet enough without any chocolate or honey.I took evening primrose oil twice the last week before my due date.I waited as long as possible to get the epidural. Which wasn't long because both anesthesiologist were needed for c-sections. It was now or never. (Dilated to a 4) One doctor was able to get my epidural going before she went to the cesarean. The epidural these days, you get a constant flow and are able to press a button every 15 minutes to get a little more if you need it. I didn't press it until after I had her so I could "feel" the contractions during labor. I didn't feel much... (Gross warning) I did feel amniotic fluid and blood on my legs and butt when I pushed. I was surprised by this for some reason.I sat on my exercise ball and bounced or rocked whenever I could. Pregnancy and labor(before epidural)Dark delivery roomMy water broke and I labored for an hour at home, six hours later I had her. Most of that time I was able to relax because of the epidural (my mom thought I was sleeping) the nurse told me I should try and sleep to get energy for the pushing part. (What?! Sleep?! People are able to sleep during labor? I said... with an epidural) I pushed for fifteen minutes, twenty at most. My doctor was still getting his gloves on as she came out. There was another doctor and student ready to catch her though. All of these things probably helped my delivery but like I said, I think it was mostly the tea.

Loved it
I’m a big tea person, however, I was nervous about the taste due to other reviews. Personally, I enjoyed the flavor it’s not a very strong tea, the flavor is kind of weak, so I would brew two tea bags at once to try to enhance the flavor then mix it with a little honey or maple syrup and it became one of my favorite teas. As far as lactation help I will give this tea all the credit because I went from barley pumping 0.5 ounces from both sides to pumping 4 ounces each side, but beware this tea does make your armpits stink a little extra because of the fenugreek.

Bags poorly made, tea is good
Decent tea for affordable price, using for labor prep but currently still pregnant so not sure if it helps. Biggest issue is the tea bags are very poorly made you can easily rip them when opening the packet and there is loose tea powder that is outside of the tea bag. Wouldn’t buy again due to these issues

Quality tea
Has a bold taste, but hopefully helped in the long run. Was easy to enjoy and made me feel like this was truly a great quality tea.
