This spray is perfect for a good nights sleep. I think it works best spraying on my stomach. The scent is so relaxing but not over bearing. I highly recommend!

i bought this because i saw that it had positive reviews about the smell and consistency where competitors lacked. the smell is very calming and subtle, not too strong or overpowering. the packaging was perfect as well, it is a glass bottle so i was nervous but it was fine! i sprayed 2 sprays each on my feet and fell asleep in 2 minutes, didn’t move a MUSCLE all night (typically i toss and turn, grind my teeth, etc) and i woke up feeling very calm! as for the tingling sensation mentioned, i did feel it on my feet very slightly but i did fall asleep quickly so it didn’t bother me at all. will be using tonight! :)

I like how this magnesium spray smells; it also has a calming effect which is great. Topical magnesium is great for calming the body or mind, especially at night! The only downside is the cost is kinda steep compared to other brands I’ve used…as a result, use sparingly if you’re looking to make the most of it. Roughly 3 pumps is 45mg of magnesium. If you’re looking for something with a light, aromatic scent w/the benefits of topical magnesium, then this may be a good product for you.

I use this product daily and I’m so glad I found it! As someone who has always slept well, I started to struggle with random 3AM wakenings. This product and a little research on magnesium did the trick! I love that it is not a supplement that you have to take by mouth and instead it absorbs through the skin. The relaxing scent makes it something I look forward to using vs another pill I should take. Also love that I can get it on subscribe and save!
