I have used these for myself and my young daughter and they have worked wonderfully. I have mostly used them on wet hair, which is far easier to work with when you have more fine texture. They hold well and look good.I was expecting them to be a little softer based on other reviews, but they are still hard plastic. However, due to their shape and curvature, they fit more to the mold of the head and don’t stick out obtrusively. This makes for a far more comfortable hold and much better when leaning the head against things.Value for the money is great and I would recommend these. I am not sure if they would be great for super thick hair that has a lot of volume, such as really curly thick hair. However, they do have good expansion capability, so it may be trial and error. My daughter and I have fine hair, and a lot of it.

These are awesome, hold your hair in place, and….You can lay down or rest your head comfortably on the headrest when in the car.Very stylish and so easy to use. Love these. Find myself grabbing for them most of the time now. A new favorite.

These are really great. They hold my long thin hair and they are flat enough that they don’t hurt when you lean your head back against something like the car seat or chair back. I also like colors. Very easy use, not heavy like some clips are, and hold really well. These are officially my favorite hair clips!

These hair clips are so pretty! They are strong and hold the hair in. My only compliment is that it isn't quite big enough to keep all of my hair gathered back.

Just received these today and used one right away. As other reviews have mentioned, this is very comfortable. It doesn't hurt to lean your head back to press against a pillow or sofa or other soft surface. My hair is thin but this still holds and is easy to put in your hair using just one hand. They seem to be very sturdy. None of mine were damaged or the teeth broken as was mentioned by another person. Glad I found these.

These sideways clips are genius! I get headaches easily with hair clips, hats etc. I wore one of these longer than any other clip I’ve used. These are comfortable and safe for driving and riding in the car with their low profile.

Nothing to dislike. Six colours in the pack. Sturdy comb on one side and attractive style to the visible side. Having very fine hair I have searched for years to find a clip, of some sort, that stays in place. Plus I can keep it in at night and am quite comfortable rather than becoming entangled in my loose hair. Brilliant! I liked them so much I gave one to my daughter and to a close friend.
