Good value and they work!
These tablets are quite big so could be difficult to swallow for some, no taste really to speak of, a slight hops taste comes through if anything. I take alternate days 1 tablet then 2 the next day and this seems to work well for me personally although it says to take 3-4 per day. I think that would be too much for me. This has helped me with constipation and made things a bit softer and more comfortable. If this is why your buying these capsules then I’d say go for it, but if you have no bowel issues then bear in mind it can make you go to the toilet more urgently!

Massive & it works
These torpedoes are brilliant I'm joking they're not torpedoes but a bigger than some other capsules , yet they do exactly what they're meant to do & that is help ur gut & make things easier tooNo real taste I find or smell so a massive plus there & let's not forget the fact they're value for money. Very unwieldy
Good for the price but very unwieldy. Recommend you take 4 pills per day, but the pills are huge. Think there are better ways to get your fibre without developing a stomach ulcer.
