Great for ay the airport love it

for someone like me who is very young and has multiple hidden disabilities. This is great. It gives me more confidence when outside knowing that people won’t question my actions as much when they see my lanyard people are much kinder and caring. The quality of the lanyard is great, I use it to hold some of my other cards too.

Recognised in many places, the card with details is great for if person wanders off or gets confused, we use it all the time

I ordered this for my sister as she has a hidden disability and is afraid to go out. This lanyard will give her confidence that people will be more helpful and less afraid to help her I future. Trying to get one from the NHS is almost impossible with their unnecessary forms and red tape. Xx

This is fantastic for my daughter who is non verbal. It makes her feel more comfortable, knowing that people know she has a disability rather than been seen as being rude when not answering people.

Poor design, the card not covered fully by the plastic wallet

The length of the lanyard is perfect for my 4 year old and was very helpful on our recent holiday going through the airport. The staff all recognised the lanyard and were supportive and understanding.The biggest issue is that the card is thin and very flimsy and the plastic the card slips into ripped on the first use. Which means we are left with just the strap and not the useful card with details of needs and contact details for parents.As something designed for children and specifically children with ASN I'd expect it to be more sturdy as the label bit is not fit for purpose.
