Seem to work!
We put our preteen on it and she finished the bottle. She didn't think she noticed a difference, until she was out. Then she realized she was a lot calmer, more centered, not as squirrel brained(her words) She is happy to take them and we are happy she noticed such a difference!

I like all the vitamins that are inside of this what I don’t like is how hard they are and how sticky they are very hard to chew. The smell of it is normal. It’s a mixed berry flavor. I like that it’s sugar-free and my kids like it so far no complaints about the taste or texture surprisingly.
