The watch is a masterpiece and a fine balance between design and function.Used it for around 15-20 days now, with decently rough use, and wearing it everyday. Even wore it twice during rains, and it has not disappointed me.Time accuracy along with the markings are really accurate, giving you the time to the nearest minute.Definitely will catch many eyes, you can definitely consider buying.The only concern was that the watch arrived a little dirty, looking like corrsion on its caseing, but with a little effort in cleaning, it was shining. Surely doesn't show signs of being used as the belt would have had considerable wrinkles. Was just probably left on the shelf for a while.Other than that, it's a perfect everyday watch.

About the accuracy and backup for the watch, you will have to wear it regularly, the backup on the watch when idle is roughly for 30 hours, or the watch will stop. No issues so far, been using since a month and people do notice the watch as it is a skeleton watch and is a topic of conversation. A must buy for a entry level automatic watch.
