I use this with Hubermans “sleep stack”. I have definitely noticed deep sleep (as recorded on the Oura app). I don’t necessarily get more sleep but the quality of sleep has improved. Could still be better but this is better than anything I’ve tried in the last 5 or 6 years. I use it along with Magtein, L-theonine and inositol.

The bottle came in secure packaging and I feel you get a good quantity for the price.
