The media could not be loaded. Best sleep ever! I absolutely love this pillow.. The adjustability of the size of the pillow is perfect anybody. The case is super soft on the skin. As far as the memory foam inserts, the performance exceeds my expectations - there are 2 sizes of inserts to make upto 10 different combinations of height adjustments. The foam is kinda firm / holds it shape well but feels amazing to sink your head into it. Like I said it's the perfect pillow. Just an FYI- you may have a slight smell when you first open the pillow but it goes away after a few days.. Happy sleeping - I am!! Thanks Lofe!

this is only our opinion and experience and NOT medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. A family member has GERD. A 7.5" standard wedge pillow was too uncomfortable. Perhaps its because the GERD isn't that bad, but several of these layers are higher than this person's regular pillow, and high and firm enough to stop coughing from GERD when lying down. The person still gets cough when moving (I guess it's because that increases intra-abdominal pressure), but not when lying still on back or either side. Very pleased with this purchase, especially that one can choose from so many heights and degrees of firmness. Without all these options, I doubt another "similar" pillow set would work. Also love the machine washable cover; it came out of wash just fine.

My wife has a lot of issues with neck pain, and finding a pillow that supports her sleeping style, a mix of stomach and side, has been a problem. Most pillows push her head up from the bed too much, making said issues worse, especially when she's sleeping on the stomach. This option though, lets her get down to a wafer thin 2" of pillow, yet provide more than adequate support. And, even if it compresses over time, we can add another layer and the problem will be solved. Overall, the pillow is slightly firmer than expected, though preferences differ, and the outer case is well sown and sturdy. I will admit there was a strong memory foam smell upon receipt, but we let it air out in a well ventilated area for 48 hours, and it was greatly reduced. My only concern is that it's pretty pricey for what you get - it's not excessive, but not a bargain either.

It has taken over 5 months and 40+ pillows to find the right one. I have DDD in my neck which causes my right hand to go numb at night if my neck isn't supported correctly. Most companies suggest trying a new pillow for two weeks to adjust and you might have neck pain during that process. I know after the first night if a pillow will work for me due to the numbness. I purchased the other Lofe Adjustable pillow with 4 heights, but couldn't get the height quite right. I realized that the quality and density of the memory foam was the ideal material for me. Everything about it was perfect, except the heights. The seller reached out to me and told me they have an adjustable with 10 heights and two different densities. The white foam is 1.5" Ultra Soft and the blue is 1" Soft. After a few variations, I found the PEFECT match for me - two blue on the bottom with the white on top for 3.5" total in height. I slept like a baby and am completely pain free with no numbness.I also travel a lot for work and have been on the same search for a travel pillow that will compress enough to fit in my carry-on without rolling it up and taking too much room. I noticed that Lofe sells individual inserts, so I purchased another blue one. I am in the process of cutting the foam and sewing the protectors back on to make a travel pillow of the exact same proportions of my bed pillow. For the price, you can't beat this brand and quality.I'm a hot sleeper, so I couldn't use the zip case it came with. I use the Jersey Knit Soft Envelope Pillow Case from N&Y Home Store on Amazon. This keeps the foam inserts tightly together so they don't slide around. Then I cover it with the cooling pillow case from Sleep Number.Overall, this is the best money I've ever spent and could not be happier with the quality and customer service I received. Thank you!

I like the adjustability of softness I just wish it could be adjusted a little bit softer

I like a hard pillow and this didn t disappoint. Nice and high but height can also be adjusted by removing one of the inner pieces. I would definitely buy again.

I love this pillow. As a stomach sleeper, I use just 3 inserts, and it's perfect for me! The best pillow! I have been sleeping on a memory foam pillow I got at Costco for over 10 years before, and when it started ripping and the gel ripped, I purchased this Lofe adjustable pillow. And I love it even more, because I needed a flatter pillow, due to the way I sleep, I would wake up with neck pain sometimes. This pillow if adjustable, so no more neck pain!

I have to admit have not owned this pillow very long & I usually wait to review items that perform this well. I am reviewing early because the whole idea behind this pillow is both simple & a real gotcha feeling at least for me. The premise is utterly simple just give the buyer 6 layers of differing softness and stick them in a very nice pillow case & let them have at it. You may wind up playing with the many different layering combos just because you can. The only thing you may not be able to do is make this as firm as a "brick" which some pillows almost feel like. I myself prefer a firmer type pillow and that you can indeed do - and of course go softer - or even change the height of this pillow. I at the time of this purchase had at least 4 other almost brand new pillows in my home not counting the many I have returned. There are many places to purchase pillows, for my family they just wait for me to give them one of my failed pillows - and then end up telling me how great these pillows are & I should get one for myself - EH what can you do you can't choose your family.
