Good taste
These mushrooms have a nice texture and add flavor to soups. I also tried some Asian recipes and cooked it with red dates and lilies.

Tiny and looks like those are already chopped off
Inappropriatea description and deceiving pictures. They are tiny and even after soaking for few hours it wouldn’t increase its size more than half of the size. Looks like mushrooms are already chopped off.

High-Quality Mushrooms!
After soaking, these mushrooms expanded significantly. I shredded them and cooked with goji berries, red dates, and rock sugar—the taste was exquisite, and they are packed with nutrition. The entire tremella mushroom is edible; there are no hard parts to discard. The quality is excellent, and I would definitely buy from Wanhua Hall again.

The packaging of these mushrooms is intact and shows no signs of damage. The mushrooms themselves have a natural yellow color, and they're free from sulfur fumigation and any harsh smells.As I was browsing through some Asian recipes, I discovered that snow fungi can be enjoyed both mixed with black wood ear mushrooms and tossed in a sauce, as well as paired with other vegetables and dressed with a flavorful dressing. The snow fungi have a unique taste and texture.Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and will definitely incorporate it into my cooking more often.
