It's tight enough to help and stay in place, but not too tight.

The patellar bands fit my son perfectly for basketball. He said they help to put less stress on his knees when jumping up layups and dunks. Works great and seems the product will last.

Broke after a month of wearing daily.

My 15yo loves these. He wears them across all of his sports and they really do help.

Our daughter has dealt with Osgood Schlatters for a couple of years now and this has been the best option so far. It's tight enough to help and stay in place, but not too tight. The biggest pluses compared to most patella straps are 1) doesn't have a thick strap the bunches up and gets in the way from full knee movement and 2) doesn't have velcro coming undone and having to fix it constantly or not supporting when it's really needed.

This was way too tight for me. I got it to help some knee pain I was experiencing but I couldn’t wear it to see if it helped because of the tightness. It was cutting off the circulation and was painful to wear. Not a one size fits all

I’m a physical therapist and my teenage son was developing osgood schlatters so I ordered these for him to use, they did somewhat work to alleviate his pain but they are a bit too thin/flimsy and ended up giving a bit of a tourniquet effect and he couldn’t tolerate wearing them for a full soccer practice.

Really relives pain.
