OMG
Stop what you're doing! This will change your life! This is proof of a higher intelligence. I use this as a roller on my legs, and I'm stunned at how well it relieves my muscle tightness. I'm not a doctor, and I don't play one on T.V., so don't sue me if you don't get the same results.

Heel pain
This works well for muscle relax in ball and middle of foot. Wished it was more effective on the heel. Sturdy, didn't feel like I would bend or break it.

Gets in there DEEP!
This thing works REALLY well. If the rubber, "Spike" rounds are too painful/sensitive, this might too much. But if you and stomach and want that dig to the bone(nearly), these things are the answer.
