I have very good opinion on Taurine to keep diabetic complications under check
I have very good opinion on Taurine to keep diabetic complications under check. But I have presently discontinued as I developed "frozen shoulders, arms" problem. After discontinuing, within a period of 10 days I noticed that the symptoms are slowly vanishing and I am OK almost 80%. May be my body cannot tolerate excess Taurine as I was also taking separately 500mg of Taurine from Nephrosave. Yet I have very good opinion on Taurine. People who take Taurine should kindly monitor their health in terms of BP, Blood Sugar and any other side effects. Putting too much pressure on Kidney for clearance of excess Taurine may be counterproductive. [email protected]
