Working great for me!
Awesome results! My labwork showed Vitamin D level of 18.4, should be > 30. I ordered these and have taken 2 capsules with dinner for almost 4 weeks now and my mood, energy, sleep, generalized pain, and other random but significant symptoms have drastically improved! (Lookup "11 Bizarre Symptoms of Vitamin D Deficiency" by Dr. Berg, I had so many of these). I felt a small difference after 1 week with continued and consistent improvement over the following weeks to the point I feel like myself again for the first time in at least 1 year. People told me to supplement with vitamin D and I brushed it off because I love the outdoors... Unfortunately, it didn't work as I expected. I took the pill at night, as I've heard it's used, but it wasn't counterproductive. I didn't sleep at all. I'm going to try taking it during the day to see if this doesn't work. I expected much more.
