I have back issues and often have to sleep in my back or my hips will ache. Lately, even sleeping on my back has started to bother me so I purchased these wedges to offer some support. I love that they are stiff and not mushy. They really do provide outstanding support. One side has grippy bumps so it does not move around at night, at least not much.I use the larger one for under my knees when I lay on my back. The two smaller ones are perfect for supporting you if you are a side sleeper. They can be moved and adjusted into any position necessary which is very convenient.Overall I believe they are high quality and will last a while. A plus is the cover is removable so it can be dropped in the wash and I won’t have to worry about them starting smell or anything like that.

I've recently begun a nightly battle with acid reflux. My doctor suggested I try a wedge style pillow that would help elevate my head and shoulders as I sleep.When these arrived, they came in a small box. I knew that, as memory foam, they wouldn't be large right away but I was surprised at the small package. Once I got each pillow removed from its plastic wrap, they took very little time to return to their original size and shape. I made sure not to use them for 24 hours to give them time to fully expand, however, I suspect they would have been good after just 5 or 6 hours.I picked these up knowing they weren't as large as other wedge-shaped pillows. I was hoping they'd work well without having to practically put myself into a semi-sitting position to sleep like some larger wedge pillows might do. Unfortunately, they are just a bit too small. As there is 3 of them I did try put them together to make a larger wedge, however, since they don't have a way to attach, it didn't work as I'd hoped. I'm thinking of trying to use some velcro to keep them together and see if that helps.While they didn't quite work for my acid reflux, they are helpful in other ways. Once in a while I get knee pain and I've found that using these to elevate my knee at night seems to help quite a bit. My wife also uses on along her side which she claims makes it more comfortable for her to sleep at night.Overall, these are nice pillows and seem to be useful, depending on your need. I just wasn't able to make them work for my acid reflux.

This pillow set arrived very quickly and they came compressed in a box about half their eventual volume. When removed from their thick plastic bag they quickly sprung into their final shape. There was a little outgassing but there was no smell after leaving them to air out for a few hours before use. I tried them out the next time I slept. The big triangle was great as a knee support and my knees felt great after using it. One of the smaller pillows was perfect under my lower back.The pillows are midway between soft and hard and I would call it "medium firm." They go back to their original shape so they're not "memory foam" in the sense that they do not keep their molded shape after they are used. After using these for 1-1/2 weeks I can say with confidence that I really like them. They beat my old collection of pillows that needed various kinds of rolling and binding to get them to fit properly. I recommend these!

This set of three wedge pillows is a great thing to have around the house. They provide comfort and support, whether you have a particular medical need or just need extra comfort or stability for sleeping. They couldn't be easier to use! I love that they stay where I put them and that I wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free in the morning.

I am trying to not sleep on my back. After trying a couple of other options, I got the Wedge Pillow from Jruav. I use the half wedge behind my pack and I have yet to end up on my back. It is comfortable and the non-slip surface does keep it in place. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is that this method of keeping from back sleeping is that if you want to change sides (rollover) you have to take the wedge and put it behind you once you are on the other side.

These pillow wedges are really firm and have a nice zipper cover over the foam, which is great if you need to clean them. Definitely is able to act as a wedge to keep you where you want to be, whether it's for elevating parts or keeping you from moving beyond certain boundaries. Seems like the foam will last a very long time, just based on my usage so far. If you need wedges, get these. You won't be disappointed.

These wedge pillows are comfortable, sturdy and a really great quality. I have a herniated disc and struggle staying asleep straight on my back. I will flop around in my sleep and will always end up twisted around in a very uncomfortable position and my back pain just gets worse and worse every single day because of it. These were perfect and did such an amazing job keeping me flat on my back and preventing me from tossing and turning. I used the larger wedge under my knees and the two smaller pillows on each side and they were extremely supportive and did a great job holding me in place while I slept. I woke up feeling alot better and hope that after continued use I will see even more improvement to my back pain. I highly recommend these pillows.
