Deep Thrush Gel - Treats Deep Sulcus Thrush - Effective Against White Line - Deep Sulcus Infection

A move to a new state, some lackluster trims, and a very wet winter led to my mare getting a terrible case of deep sulcus thrush. The cracks in her heels were nearly 2 inches deep and bleeding. I tried a variety of other thrush treatments with little success, mostly because the cracks were so deep it was impossible to get the treatment in to where the problem was. I bought this deep thrush gel because I liked the idea of the straw to get the medicine where it needed to be and it has worked wonders on my mare's feet. I could tell the cracks were getting more shallow after about a week of daily application and after a second week of daily application I could actually see a difference in her heels. A few more weeks of every other day application and a good trim had her feet almost back to normal. And most of that time she was turned out in a muddy field (unescapable in the winter, unfortunately), so this works in all weather conditions (it's very sticky). I only wish there was some indicator for how much is left in the can so it was easier to know when to order more. For reference, one can would last me about a week with daily generous application to all four feet (deep cracks in both front, shallow in both hind). If you're dealing with deep sulcus thrush, I highly recommend giving this a shot, it's the only thing that made a difference for my mare.

The gel is easy to get into small fissures with no waste or run. The above photos are the results after daily treatment on 2 different horses. Good value because there is no waste. Use it daily and it will open up the affected areas, kill the thrush and promote healing.

We've been battling deep sulcus thrush in a gelding for months with many popular products and methods. This product is finally making a difference and is so easy to use. I love the built in hoof pick, no juggling of multiple tools and meds. Gets deep into the cracks and stays put

I have used the spray and the gel. I like both. Prefer the spray but if you have a deep infection the gel nozzle makes it easy to get the gel deeper. The plastic hoof pic is worthless and broke off when I have used them but it is a clever idea.

The package arrived with no issues, when I went to use the product nothing came out. I tried cleaning all attachments, however I just spent 25$ on this and I can’t even return it!

Just got this yesterday and its as easy as 1..2..3 to use. My new horse is suffering from Sulcus Trush and I have tried everything since February to get ride of it. The Grooms Hand thrush solution(best product I've found) is working well on the Frog and hoof walls. I'm betting this will clear it out and make him less tender in a week.I'll post more as the weeks go by.

Only used it four times and the had problems with getting the product to come out. The owner contacted me after seeing my review and explained the straw could be clogged and is sending me a new bottle.Great customer service!!!
