I first bought a back support belt but it didn't provide the support I needed. A found this belt at a good price and it works so well I got a second one. It stabilizes my my hips and has reduced my pain. After two weeks, my mobility has gotten better and now I have less pain.

Only lower back support belt I buy now to relieve my sciatica pain, as it’s only one that fits exactly over area where I need it most and doesn’t ride up a lot like others I’ve bought. Don’t machine wash as it ruins the Velcro. The Velcro does hold tightly and will last a long time otherwise. Only complaint is I wish they had a middle size to choose from. S/M fits me okay, L/XL is HUGE, but a M/L would give me a little more leeway in between those sizes. Durable, comfortable material.

Almost total relief from hip pain. That does vary though. I haven't gotten good with getting the correct tightness yet. I start out getting it too tight, which still helps, but then I find myself loosening the straps throughout the day until I find the sweet spot. It looks to be a high quality product

This belt is fantastic! The moment I put it on my sciatica ache was minimized and I felt stabilized. The size of the belt makes it easily wearable, invisible under clothes and is very comfortable. The placement is important…it should be worn below the waist…the bottom edge placed where the bend in your leg is. I found many you tubes on how to use it and the pros and cons. I love it and am ordering a second one to use when this one needs washing.

Instant relief for low back. Not bulky, easy to fit, velcro so far so good- strong. The only possible con would be that it could get sweaty but I don't even care at this point. Price reasonable.

Not crazy it. Wasn't what I expected.

Works great. Pain goes from a 7/10 to a 3/10 when I have it on. Easy to use. Helps me stand longer at work without my leg going out from under me. I’m female, 5’3”, 123lb, hips are 35 in. I have the MEDIUM and it fits perfect. I recommend it, especially for this weird perimenopause hip pain that won’t go away!!

I wear this every day and it seems to help with my lower back. It feels nice and it’s easy to put on. I like the added pressure around my body. I keep it low, just high enough to get things in my back pocket.
