Great for recovery.Use this a few nights a week. I have found that if you leave the side (oblique) straps covered the center 6 pack is much more intense. I actually move the 6 pack area to each side as well. I wish it didn't have the straps. Not sure if they can be cut off.It will cause strong convulsions once you get around the 10 setting. After a handful of minutes you can work your way up. Eventually you can get to the max 15 setting.

Great product, the muscle stimulation works as described and in each zone targeted, I started on level 5, and have worked up to 6 or 7 depending on the muscle being targeted ( max is 15 ). I'm so glad they included extra sticky pads because they come in handy, could benefit from some velcro cuffs or straps( sold separately ), but otherwise it's really easy to use.

I was skeptical but, for the reasonable price, decided to give it a try. I am more than amazed at how well it works. I really like how adjustable it is with multiple modes. The day after I wear it, my abs and arms are sore. It’s easy to use, lightweight and works well. My travel schedule keeps me from the gym as often as I want to go. This is a great alternative.

After 4-5 weeks of nearly daily use, I’ve lost a few inches from the waist and toned up/bulked up biceps. I’ve used it through all 8 modes each time for several minutes on each: at the highest level over my belly fat and moderately low setting for the biceps. When the gel pads lost stickiness (and replacement pads are provided) you can extend the life of them by cleaning or carefully peeling them and turning them over. It’s comfortable to use. Sometimes the bicep bands loosen but it’s easy to reattach. I recharge the units about every week and a half. (I have discovered to be careful when changing modes or levels: you can give yourself a mild shock if you inadvertently touch the USB-C port on the bottom of the “hub.”) Hopefully with some longer use, I’ll see more fat burn.

I was questioning the quality of the product before I got, but I love it. My grandson lifts and I finally convinced him to try it. He was shocked at the workout he got without hitting the weights. Great product! Unbelievable performance!

Amazing! I went from a bump butt belly, to a rippling 6 pack, in a little over 6 weeks! It got to the point where I could no longer walk on the beach, without dozens of girls pestering me. To the point where I had to buy a fake bump butt belly to wear under a T-shirt, in order to walk in peace. I could play these washboards in a country band, if the ladies didn’t scream so loud… Get one partner!
