Works fast, doesn't damage
I have an escape room business. I scary this on with a fine must spritz at full strength as intended. We just let it dry. Once a week we wipe a surfaces with a damp sponge. We don't notice a large admit of residue build up.

Smells okay, 3min TB kill time which is nice, but it leave a milky film. Won’t get again for that reason.

Sent me a used bottle
Obviously used. The only wrapped bottle is almost half used. Box and wrap are dry, that tells me there is no leak or suspected leaks. Will be returning.

We use this product in an electrostatic sprayer. It’s the thickness of water and has never clogged the jet. It’s very effective at killing germs and viruses. It leaves no visible residue. It’s safe and easy to use. Good value for an industrial/hospital grade product.
