Excellent quality - replaced 2 Levoits
This purifier replaced 2 5-year old Levoits and does a far better job at cleaning the air than both of them combined.I’m sure I could have hung onto the Levoits a little longer, but I love smart home products and was looking for smart features. It is insanely light weight, the air quality sensor works better than my own nose, and it works seamlessly in the Govee and Alexa apps. It is completely unnoticeable on its lowest setting, and on Turbo, you’ll certainly need to turn up the TV volume, but it’s still far quieter than say, a box fan.The LED lights and accompanying scenes are a nice touch. They can be completely turned off of just dimmed nicely for a low, pleasant glow. Most importantly, it cleans the air. It’s spring pollen season here in Florida, and I’m usually completely miserable until summer. Not so with this purifier - I only take a Zyrtec a day now, where I’ve had to add on Flonase every spring in years past. It also senses litter box dust before I have a chance to notice it.If you’re on the fence about buying this purifier, hop down and pull the trigger. I stalked it until it the price went below $100, but it’s still worth it if you pay full price.

Good product, good manufacturer. Works awesome.
Set up was cake. It practically did everything for you. There were a little tricks, but overall very easy. When it arrived, the app was telling me that something was obstructing the intake. I took the filter out several times. Finally, i just closed the app and reopened it and it has worked fine ever since. You can make it light up any color you want. Has scenes but the LEDs are not addressable like on other products, so it's basically one color at a time. You can schedule times and timers easily, and there's a good color wheel/picker. I learned the entire app in like 5-10 minutes. I prefer the default setting which will change the color based on the air quality. There are four ranges: Green, Blue, Yellow, Red - based on the air quality, red being the worst.Fan speeds:Low: doesn't do much at all. If you're on red, it will never change to yellow or below. particle count: 250+ over two hours.Med: does clean the air, but very little, you'll never get off red. particle count: 200+ over an hour.High: Will reduce from red to blue in a few minutes. Particle count: <50 after 20-30 minutes (from 200).Turbo: depending on how polluted the air is, could go to <5 particles in about 30 minutes.I bought this to help mitigate cigar smells. And it is doing a good job at that. I also bought the GoveeLife oil diffuser and the two work well together, but the filter is very powerful, and I'm thinking it may be removing the aroma from the air too. Background, things to consider:I live in a 400 sq ft apartment and I smoke cigars. When I smoke, the filter will go from green to red after the first couple of puffs and then stay in red until I stop smoking. When I cook, I often get a lot of smoke so that will immediately turn it red. Also consider placement. Near a fan, AC unit or vent or heater, particles are going to get kicked up and that can affect your air quality.

And we thought their lights were good….
I have terrible allergies and have owned many air purifiers but this one is great in many way. You can easily clean the outside pre filter and this drastically increases the life of the filter. The filters are not expensive. The unit runs amazingly quiet. I originally purchased to replace an older purifier in my son’s bedroom and after I had this model for a day I purchased one for our bedroom. The app interface is perfect and I love seeing the graph of the air quality. We now have one in every bedroom and the living room and I have had guest say our house just smells natural. And to top it off they have a great sleek look. I am hooked. I will probably get one for my office!

Great filter, although I had to replace one of two
I ordered one of these for my bedroom to replace a fairly pricey Levoit purifier which had started squealing after only a few months of running it on low, and only at night. After a few days of experience with this one, I wound up ordering another for the living room area. Although that filter worked fine, the air quality sensor was all over the place. Even sitting side by side with the first one it was changing randomly by a factor of 10. I ordered a replacement which came a few days ago and it's been working perfectly fine. The Govee purifier was relatively easy to set up through the app, although the second one took several tries to get the Wi-Fi connected. Ultimately, unplugging it and plugging it back in jump started the process. Within an hour I could sense a noticeable difference in the air quality of my home. The units are attractive, and seem to be solidly built. The controls are simple and straightforward, as is the app. As others have pointed out, they are also extremely quiet except on medium or high which I seldom run them on. Thankfully, you can set all of the lights to be completely off at night using scheduling which can also vary the fan speed setting over time. I think the night light feature is somewhat window dressing and not something I will necessarily use but it does look cool. The air quality sensor is a very useful feature I believe. Not only can it be used to control the fan speed when using the Auto setting, but it gives quite a bit of insight into what activities generate high particle counts. One thing that I found interesting was when using air freshener. A short spray of an air freshener in the house caused both units to immediately ramp up to high and particle counts to go up by 10 times. Obviously these are aerosols and not solid particles but the units sensed them and within a matter of minutes the scent from the air freshener was completely gone. Obviously the carbon filters do their job. I guess if I want to do that again I'll turn the units off for a time.At this point I'm completely satisfied with these units. Hopefully they'll continue to run without issue. I already ordered replacement filters for both although I'm sure I won't need them for quite some time.
