Not the smallest in the world, but the mounting is straight-forward, but then they all use more or less the same method so no advantage there.I've been using the other big name brand for years but grew tired of false smoke detection. The number of times the ones in the dining room was picking up something when there was absolutely no smoke coming from the kitchen together with the lack or a working stop button meaning I had to quickly pull it off the wall and pull the battery out, meant time to change brands.This one works perfectly, tests simply and most importantly for me, can instantly be turned off when triggered. I want one as it would really give me a a peace of mind in my kitchen and keep my family that much more safer. And it’s only small as well so it wouldn’t ruin the look of hutt. Apprantly the display quality is good and they have a long lifespan”. Just as he finished his sentence Mogi walked it and gave me a package. £15 please. I gave him the money and he instantly walked off. I flew back to London that night happy with my purchase and a peace of mind in my kitchen.

Needed to replace our smoke alarms and after seeing what the market had to offer decided to purchase these solely because they have a sealed battery and come with a 10 year life. I’m happy to have these as they offer peace of mind as the battery is always being checked every 60 seconds and a user check weekly.I bought two and on unpacking them found that one didn’t have a set of rawplugs & screws but I had plenty anyway. Installation is very easy and once the backing plate is attached, it’s a simple job to fix the alarm in position with the protruding tabs.Hopefully these will last the full 10 years but I imagine these will save on the cost of replacing the batteries plus of course the beauty of being always checked every minute.

Very simple instructions and easy to fit, great value for a guaranteed 10yr product giving peace of mind

I purchased this to replace a similar item that had ceased to function after its battery had failed due to its lifespan. It had provided good service, so I decided to continue with the same make. Very easy to install, as the backing plate was identical.

Purchased three smoke detectors at a good price. Items arrived promptly on time and look good and work perfectly. Excellent buy.

It would have been 5 stars if we had the raw plugs and screws and took longer to put up without them as we had to hunt for the right ones amongst our supply. Smart looking and is functioning. The carbon monoxide/smoke detector we purchased was up in a jiffy though as we had the necessary raw plugs & screws with this. Also smart looking and functioning.
