I bought this for myself. I have diabetes and my legs get swollen sometimes. I also get Stasis Dermatitis in my legs and have to wear compression socks part of the day to help with blood circulation. These leg massagers are great. I use them twice a day and they have really helped with the swelling. I work from home and sit all day . These leg massagers have also helped for tired legs and feet . They are easy to use and the heating function really works. I like that they work on your legs and feet too. The price was right too. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

You may need a second person to help put on . For me I can do one leg but not the other. Quite comfortable to be in and the compression system is being used, especially the feet.

It works well if you are thick in the calf area. I bough this for my senior aunt who sits too much in front of the TV. She has a hard time putting it on and taking it off with out my help. We are going to try with the extension it come with. However if the extension is not connected to the unit the compression will not reach that area of her leg. If that does not work we may have to return the item.

Initially, I was buying this leg massager for my mother-in-law who is 80+ years old in hope to help with her blood circulation in the legs. What we found out is that the massager not only helps improve her legs' blood circulation, but it's also so relaxing that it helps her sleep as well. I meant, she fell asleep every time she uses it. I ended up buying one for myself, and I just use it when I need a short nap, :-). It works every time. As for me, I use it mainly to help me relax.My sister-in-law who is a full-time teacher also uses it, and she loves it as well.In general, the leg massager has 3 power levels, 3 heater levels, and 3 massage modes (Foot, Calf, and both). It's very easy to set/control, and the power cord is long enough for use on the bed. I highly recommended this leg massager!
