I have head and neck lyphadema after 2 surgeries on my neck for thyroid cancer. The scar tissue causes blockage of lymph flow. It’s 2019 and it took me 6 years to pinpoint why I was having so many issues. Doctors were absolutely no help.In regular terms I suffer neck pain, headaches, brain fog, memory issues, sinus and ear pressure, fatigue, sleepiness and mood swings. I often have loss of smell and taste probably all due to inflammation in my head and neck and nervous system. I have swelling around my collar bone, stiff muscles in my neck and all lymph nodes from my collar bone upwards are tender and slightly swollen all the time.I just received this today and am in a lot of pain. I do a castor oil and heat massage once a week to help lymph flow and tonight is the night I will need to do another. I have a pressure headache, earaches, fatigue, neck pain and brain fog today. Usually I will take ibuprofen when I feel this bad, but I wanted to see how this product works on it’s own. It’s a perfect day to start because I feel horrible and have not used any other meds or herbs to help.First dose- 1/8 tspoon in 4 oz waterI took it about 30 minutes ago. I am feeling like I took a nasal decongestant. My sinus pressure is clearing out and I can now smell the kitchen trash from across the room. I don’t think my daughter emptied it like she said she did!! I still have a dull headache (only been 30 minutes) but I can definitely feel the same relief of pressure that the lymph massage brings on. There first is a slight throbbing feeling in my neck where I think my lymph starts to be stimulated into moving. This is followed by a feeling that my ears and sinuses are decongesting. I can then feel small pinpricks randomly in some lymph nodes and further relief of pressure and pain, then followed by feeling like my head and neck are not so heavy anymore.So far this powder is doing the same thing my lymph massage does.I did take a pretty small dose because I tend to be sensitive to herbs and meds.I feel a small boost of clarity as well. I’ll update a few more times over the month.Update same first day with no further doses, I did not need to do my lymph massage and castor oil soak of the area! Pain is minimal and brain fog is improved. I’m very impressedUpdate I think it’s been about 2/3 months using this daily. My skin looks amazing, at first I could tell it was helping my skin get toxins out because I had some very minor break outs here and there, but nothing like the cystic acne I get when something irritates my skin. My skin is brighter and clearer and softer.My neck pain is extremely manageable now, and I found that if I take a dose of this before bed I do not wake up feeling like I was run over by a train!I have lost about 5 lbs of water weight because I am no longer dealing with chronic swelling in my legs and head and neck.I infused some Rose Hip seed oil with the powder and I use that directly on my skin for an even brighter healthy glow

Great quality! I trust Banyan Products and always replenish when I run out. I usually order direct but needed this product in a pinch and amazon delivered quickly.Manjistha has been a skin saver! My skin needed assistance badly after years of toxins building up in my gut and making its way through my skin. Nothing would help my skin heal from acne so I started researching herbal remedies mixed with a plant based diet (mostly following Ayurvedic principles) - a few months after taking this manjistha and eating plant based my skin cleared up and I haven’t had acne since. I am grateful.

Packaging was good. Can’t give an opinion on results yet. They say 6 weeks of use one should see positive healthy results.

Cleared skin, cleansing my blood, working as it should with increased bowel movements. It works so far!! Better than other brands. The real deal!

I'm happy with the product, and I have found Banyan Botanicals to always be a reliable source of herbs, etc. Since I'm not too fond of the taste of manjistha, I have little kit, which I use to load it into vegetarian capsules.

1. Good packaging, stays fresh with no clumping.2. I've had this product for about a week and I can't really tell if it's helping with my eczema & occasional swollen lymph nodes.3. The taste isn't bad at all. It tastes exactly as I thought it would - which is kinda like earth. It's derived from a root, and it tastes just like you'd imagine a non-processed root pulled from the ground. Very natural.)4. I take 1/4 teaspoon twice a day mixed with about half cup of water. (I put it in a water bottle and shake) It's not gritty - it mixes well and is easy to drink.5. It turns my urine reddish, and I've noticed a single pimple on my face. I never ever get pimples, I think it may be a result of the excreted toxins. I also noticed some stomach upset the first day or two. Nothing since.6. I began using the capsule form of manjistha last month and graduated to the powder last week. I have noticed my skin is radiant on my face and arms. It's possible that's it's due to the summer sun... But it's actually almost a reddish-copperish hue (I'm a mid-to-dark toned African-American woman, the effect looks great and I love it), so I will allow the manjistha to share in the credit. I give it four stars because I can't really say for sure if these positive effects are from the manjistha.

This tea has helped me out so much with my water retention. It has literally helped my skin GLOW within 3-4 days ! That means , it is removing impurities from the lymphatic system which is AMAZING. No real side effects either. And it helps you to go the bathroom regularly !

Wow, this is one of the best products I've bought on Amazon. I have irregular menses so I've been taking medicine to induce my menses. I took this product for 2.5 weeks my menses came the third week...My body feels great...and just like other reviews I've written but I have to mention that I am also taking liposomal vitamin c and liposomal Glutathione. But!!! I took the same liposomal glutathione before and still had to take meds for my menses. I read up on this product and I plan to use it as a face and hair mask too.. we shall see
