Solid machine. Works fine and simple.
No manual on Assembly.. but it’s not rocket science.I will post some pictures up so in essence, you will then have an assembly idea.A few points:Lube any rotation or pivot points on the machine. To get air hooked up to the inlet line:I used a female air line fitting. Removed the small black plastic fitting in the end, and just threaded my fitting on the end. Then just hook up your air line cooler.(I have a 30 gallon compressor, 165 psi max, which runs this unit fine. The hoses are just push ins. To remove, just push in on the black ring, and pull out. You’ll need to push the 90 degree adaptor, onto the fitting at the top of the ram (the ram side)Then push in the air line. The bottom of the ram tank needs the fitting installed and tightened. It seals with an o ring. Then push in the air line.If the ram pushes out when pushing down on the pedal, you have the air lines backwards. Just switch them.I was working on my wife’s 2014 Explorer XLT.20” rims.No problem. Plenty of room for bead breaker, and you can adjust the span by loosening or tightening the lock nut on the end of the ram push rod.To discount/mount, you put the large red rod into the brad breaker arm and into the turn table.(It uses the air ram for both procedures. It will rotate about 1/2 turn, which is enough to dismount/mount most wheels. If not. Just reset the arm into the turntable and rotate again.pretty hefty low space/low price, requirement unit

Works good
So far so good. This thing took off on my big off-road tires I didn't think it was going to but was surprised me the only thing is is you need a big air compressor. For the price it works really well

Does What It's Supposed To
It's small and compact and I can move it around the garage on a large Harbor Freight furniture dolly.I've changed 4 sets of tires - 3 x 205/50/15 and 1 x 225/45/17 and it's worked like a champ. One more set and it will have paid for itself.Take your time and use plenty of lube including some on the inside of the upper bead. This helps keep tire tire correctly aligned on the leading edge of the duckhead when installing the tire on the rim.
