First, let's say I've had issues falling asleep since I was a teen. I've tried all manner of sleep support. Currently I was using Calm gummies, which work, "ish," but are really expensive. I saw this advertised and decided to give it a whirl. It's been over a week now and I fall asleep or get that sleepy feeling within 20-30 minutes of taking it. I've actually had to abandon a TV show right in the middle a few times because I couldn't stay awake any longer. Definitely try this.

Been using for a few months, great product and I've tried just about every sleep med under the sun

Very effective, non prescription based sleep support. The label says to take an hour before sleep... but I start feeling the effects within minutes! I actually purchased this for my daughter hoping to help her re-regulate her sleep cycles after getting off track and then found that the label says not to use it for people under 18. So I was disappointed that I couldn't find support for my children's sleep but then I used it for myself and got the best night of sleep I've had in a long, long time. I didn't even realize I needed it... (I started at half a dose) but once I felt what it was like to not wake up over and over all night long, I continued use and I'm on my 2nd week of getting the best sleep I've had since having children- over 10 years! The best part is that I have more energy and better thinking during the day. I also do not wake up from my husband's constant movement or his very annoying and early alarm clock- and if I do happen to wake up for one reason or another, I can fall right back to sleep- so no more tossing and turning just hoping to fall asleep again. Did I mention that I fall asleep much faster now? And my body is relaxing from my stressful days much faster. The flavor was not my favorite at first it is more cherry than spearmint, a combination of the two- but it has grown on me and I no longer mind the flavor.

This product does what it says, but the flavor literally gags me. My husband doesn't mind it, so he's finishing up the container. Wish there was a choice of flavors - mainly Mint!

I think it works or at least it helps. Not a good sleeper, so I’ll try anything.

I have used this product before but it was out of stock on Mercola.com website.Then I saw it on Amazon sold from Mercola Market - arrived in 3 days and is 6 months expired!!Tried to return but could not and had to try to contact Amazon.Fortunately, I was finally able to reach a live person who said she could help with trying to get a refund.Very disappointing that Mercola would ship out expired nutritional supplements!!!!

UPDATE:Seller contacted me regarding my experience with this product. They offered a full refund given that (for whatever reason) it did not help my sleep. The seller is at least responsible so I would not fear in trying this since they do want to make things right.ORIGINAL: Taste was OK but it was a waste. Followed the instructions exactly but it didn't work. Tried this for a week and my sleep has not improved at all.Don't waste your money.
