Trust is important, 'naturebell'. Watch yourself!
Deceptive, but not necessarily a bad product. They got me. I thought I was getting 400 x 400 mg capsules. Look close. It's 400mg per serving and one serving is 2 capsules. It definitely feels intentionally misleading, but I will wait for a better result based answer to wether I reorder or look elsewhere.

Value Sized Theanine
I take the Theanine as needed, so it's not something I use daily. I have found this Theanine to be good quality and I love the size of the bottle. I wish more supplements were offered in larger bottles for a better value.

Helps you relax to go to sleep
I’ve been using this for 6 months. It definitely helps me to relax before going to bed and I sleep sounder. I really like this combination. Highly recommend this product.

Misleading label
As the label says 400mg, I thought that each capsule was 400mg and it seemed like a great deal. Turns out that the serving is 2 capsules, hence, is 200mg times 2. It doesn’t make sense to advertise as a 400mg that way, extremely misleading
