Everything it claims to be and then some,I own a jetski / outboard shop we use it multiple times a day every day.Only regret not buying the 100' with 2400 psi output, Ordered that one for the back of the shop...

Has plenty of pressure for car detailing and spraying off mountain bikes and side by sides.The included foam cannon works just as good as a aftermarket one i own.Way better setup having it mounted in the garage instead of dragging a little pressure washer around the car, along with the hose and electrical extension cord.I have a quick disconnect for the water hose, and it’s mounted next to an outlet, so when I’m ready to wash the truck I just have to unreal the pressure hose and that’s all I have to move around.Really happy with it, just find a good stud because it is pretty heavy.

We bought the Giraffe Tools Grandfalls Pressure Washer G20B Pro, 2500 PSI 2.2 GPM, Wall Mounted Power Washer with 65FT Hose Reel, Ultra-Soft Pressure Hoses, 4 Nozzles for Floor/Cars/Fences/Patios, Dark Silver. Hose kinked within a month of installation then blew! Attempted to call customer service 5 times, left 3 messages with no return call. Also left and email, nothing. They will not answer any calls. BEWARE!!!!! Before you buy from this company ! If your product is defective, you are ON YOUR OWN! Pressure wasn’t great but was willing to deal with it if hose was just replaced. Poor product, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great so far only issue I’m having is the hose leaks on the washer side when you turn the water on , the cuppler is tight but still leaks

Love it, works good, convenient. Love the super long soft to the touch grey hose. Hose retracts good. I upgraded to a better little bit shorter wand and and ACTIV 2.0 swiveling short gun. My neighbors are jealous. Even the cheap foam cannon works good. In summary the included accessories are ya know, "included" lol. But the pressure washing unit itself is top notch. Would buy again.

Mounted on my dock for pressure washing boat after use. 65' hose gets pretty much anywhere around my back yard to was stuff. has descent and steady pressure. Time will tell how long it holds up being mounted basically outdoors and exposed to saltwater environment.

I bought this unit because it is wall mounted, with a proven Giraffe Tools hose retract system, plus 65 ft of pressure hose. The fact that I no longer had to pull out a water hose, electrical cord, short pressure hose, sold me on the idea of a wall mounted unit. It is compact, well made and looks great. I would not want anything less than a 50 ft hose, for a wall mounted, stationary unit. The installation was simple, as I had a water supply and electrical power close by. I’ve had a few electric pressure washers in the past and the main part I didn’t like was the hose. Most units use a vinyl hose that is stiff, kinks and tangles easily. With this unit, the hose is of higher quality, with less likelihood of problems, as compared to cheaper units. As this unit is of the higher price range, I expected more of a rubber based hose however, I understand there may be factors involved when dealing with high pressure hoses, considering there is 65 ft of hose on the spool, that has to roll up smoothly. After using the washer a few times now, the hose is fine and the retract system works great. Use a bit of common sense, by not extending or retracting the hose at an angle, as it may not coil up properly on the spool. I noticed when the pump stops during use, it comes to a hard stop. Just doesn’t sound right but seems to be ok. A swivel at the handle would be a fairly simple improvement. This pressure washer unit has made the job of cleaning more enjoyable and the process way more efficient. I have a heated garage with floor drain, so washing cars, UTV in winter months, is common practice. The soap dispenser (canon) works well, as it provides adequate foam to the surface to be cleaned. Although the pressure is very good, I was equally interested in volume of water, so this unit is a good mix of pressure and water volume. Since the purchase, I’ve researched other products by Giraffe Tools, and will likely get their outdoor retractable garden hose in the future.I love my new pressure washer, as it is a clean, clutter free installation, and very convenient to use. I look forward to many years of service.

very poor bought 2 at the same time both hoses say will no kink and they did and both of them split and now both of them don't work tried to return with no help
