ok firstly, please make sure you check your sizing before ordering the product, and go through the instruction manual thoroughly as the product isn’t the easiest thing to put on! The top part of this brace does run a bit long, but once you got it down, it works, miracles!heres the sizing chart incase anyone needs it -->WAIST from 25" to 49" and THIGHS 15" to 32" in circumference for both sides of the body, right or left leg. Make sure to measure from your waist and hip to get an accurate gauge of whether this product would fit you!I never write reviews for things that I buy but I have been really helped by this brace so I thought I would share my personal experience.After almost 3 years of hamstring and sciatica pain, which started with a hamstring pull while skiing, using this support made an immediate difference. Previously, to alleviate the pain I had tried PT, massage, NSAIDs, and prednisone. Nothing helped. I like to stay active with yoga, spinning, and workout classes at the gym. The pain remained even though I modified my workouts to mitigate the aggravation. As soon as I began using the support during my workouts , the pain was greatly diminished.After a month or two the pain I was experiencing had practically disappeared. I can now sit in a car for hours without experiencing pain shooting up my leg which would begin 10 minutes after I’d began to drive. It takes a little playing and adjusting with the brace to get it just right, but once on it feels just awesome! and does not get in the way of exercise or any daily activitiesMake sure to check your sizing! I'm 5ft and 100lbs, even though a lot of the hip braces here on Amazon technically fit me, they really don't. The ATX braces actually come in a smaller size that's a better fit. Even if they do charge more for the smaller size.It's a hip brace, it will never be genuinely comfortable. It will feel unbearably hot in the summer and leave you in a puddle of sweat. The velcro will be useless after a couple months. I've been wearing these braces almost daily for years now, and that's just the nature of a hip brace.These help stabilize the joint and keep pain to a minimum for me. They make me feel more confident in daily activities, so I'm not constantly worrying about aggravating my injury.

This would probably be great for skinny people. My hips 44 .. thigh 25 and I bought the bigger size.. For left leg.. the logo ends up in the very back .. not in the front as stated and as shown. It's not to bad as long as you have someone else help to put it on since it needs to be done mostly in the back. And YES I am doing it correctly. With that said it is constructed well and does help ease the pain once it's on. Chances are I will use it very little due to needing someone behind me to get it on.

Was looking for a thigh compression sleeve but was nervous that it wouldn't remain in place. The material and design are very comfortable and the hip strap keeps the thigh band from slipping down during wear.The adjustable straps are great to put however much pressure you want. Velcro seems very durable, and the material of the wrap seems durable as well.My personal reason for this sleeve was to alleviate pain from a hematoma. Keeping it wrapped tightly while also offering a bit of a buffer layer to other impact has been working out great.

It did not do much for me and it was awkward to wear

I find putting it on the left leg vey difficult, since the Velcro end is in the back. Trying to get it tight enough on that leg is next to impossible. I also noticed that the part that goes around your waist is to short. Barely able to Velcro it. On the right leg, it works pretty good of that is the leg it is needed for.

I can't believe how much this brace has helped my sciatic nerve pain and back pain. Typically when I get an episode of pain, I'd be out for almost 2 weeks. This time, I needed to figure something out asap because I had a day project in 2 days and couldn't back out. Saw this and read reviews, prayed that it'll work after ordering it. I tried it on right away and right away, I felt like I could stand up a little straighter instead of being hunched over. I'm not sure how it helps and but it really does! This in conjunction with a heat pad got me up and ready for my project. I still had to wear it but without it, I couldn't have done so in such a short period of time. It does take a little adjusting the straps but once you get it to work, it's good to go. If you're considering on buying it, just do it. You won't regret it!
