I’ve been using this for almost a month now and see a real difference in my skin. It genuinely is effective and keeps my skin smooth and soft. I have mildly dry, scaly skin on my legs but I could see it was getting worse (I guess from shaving, winter cold/dry air and clothing layers sucking the moisture out my skin). Now I see the scales have visibly improved and my skin keeps moisturized for longer.People complain about the smell being terrible but honestly, I find those comments to be a little dramatic. I was expecting a super offensive scent and at most it smells like a light yogurt or sour cream. Maybe my sense of smell isn’t as sensitive but it’s really not bad at all. There’s always the option to apply a scented lotion you love over it, which I usually do, and you won’t even notice it or it just fades on its own.The consistency is nice and not too thin but I’m more of a cream person anyway, so I think I’d prefer to have this in a cream version. However, it does the job just the way it is. I was skeptical at first but I love this product!!The one issue I’ve had is that my bottle doesn’t pump properly anymore. I’m unsure if I did something wrong because it was working fine when I got it. It’s also pretty expensive for such a small bottle. Yet, I think it might just be worth the cost. I don’t really care and it won’t stop me from buying it again. Seriously, I am pleasantly surprised at this thing.

I have very dry skin and have always had problems with rough, peeling elbows, knees, and feet. I started reading about how lactic acid can help heal and smooth dry skin and after some research, decided to try this lotion. I have been using this lotion for about four months and the results have been remarkable. I no longer have any dry patches on my skin, my skin has a much more even tone, and my knees, elbows, and feet are soft and smooth (I only use this as a body lotion and have not tried it on my face). The lotion is rather thick and requires some rubbing in and it does have a faint odd smell (sort of like warm milk?), but it goes away once you rub it in. But the results are well worth it!

This stuff really helps hydrate and smooth rough skin. However out of the pump it really smells terrible to me. Like old chicken bouillon cubes. It does dissipate eventually but a more neutral smell would be a nice improvement. Still. It works exceptionally well.

This lotion is a game changer! I'm an esthetician and tried this lotion several years ago...liked how smooth it made my skin but hated the smell enough to stop using it for that reason, only. Recently, I decided to try it again because I saw it was newly formulated and I'm so glad I did! It only has a very faint scent when putting it on but it quickly becomes unnoticeable.

My doctor recommended this brand of lotion to help with some dry skin on my legs caused by living with Chronic Kidney Disease. I tried other brands that cost much less, but my dry skin remained. Once I ordered this, I was in shock with not only how well it works, but how quickly it works. It goes on very smooth and gives your skin an almost instant smoothness. I did not experience any irritation, which is one possible side effect when people first start using it. It is absorbed by your skin quickly and does not leave behind a greasy feel. The only slightly negative is that it has a distinct (but not bad) smell. I started off with the daily 12% version and then went up to the 15% version to see if there was any noticeable difference. The 15% version seems to work even faster on dry skin around varicose veins. I wish I would have switched to this brand earlier. While it is on the higher price side of lotions, it is a great value based on the improvements is makes to your skin and quality of life (no more rough, dry, itchy skin).

This is a great lotion. A little goes a long way. I noticed a difference after 1 use, I am getting older and the skin on my arms & legs started to have the crepe skin. I used several brands, all felt like they are moisturizing but at the end I felt greasy and without any results. I really feel that my skin looks better and I now only used it for 2 days. I haven’t tried it on my face. One thing to point out is that although it states that it is fragrance free, it is not. There is definitely some kind of a scent and it’s not horrible but also not great. It reminds me of the smell you get from sunless lotions. I don’t like it but with such great results I’ll live with it. It is also not as greasy as the other creams I have used. Over all, I like it a lot, this is my body cream now and I definitely recommend it. Oh, and I heard about it from my dermatologist who recommended it for help with some spots (I haven’t seen improvement with that as of yet).***Update*** After almost 2 months unfortunately I decided I cannot use it anymore. The smell is horrible and it is way too greasy.

Makes skin look smooth and supple. Feels great on the skin. Very effective. Instantly plumps and refreshes the skin. Increases moisture and hydration. Gets rid of old superficial skin cells. Great product.

Exfoliates and renews dry damaged skin. Worth every cent!
