I'm not in perimenopause but I had lots of symptoms of it that were making me miserable. Tests have shown nothing! I’ve been using these supplements for a month now and thought I would give them a fair chance before reviewing them. Having read the other reviews before purchasing them they seem to work well for a variety of people. Personally I found they took at least 2 weeks before I noticed any difference in my symptoms. They haven’t made much of a difference to my fatigue sadly but as I’m borderline anaemic I would have been surprised if they had done anything for that. I have however found my mood more stable especially mid cycle and during my period which has been a very welcome bonus to the tablets. My skin also hasn’t broken out in spots the way it was doing previously. I’ve ordered further months supply to see if they have any further impact.

After months of anxiety, brain fog, poor sleep, hot flushes and night sweats I was finally diagnosed as peri-menopausal and really wanted to avoid a lifelong reliance on HRT, so I looked around for supplements that might help and a friend recommended these. I wasn't expecting much and my friend warned me to give them a few weeks to kick in, but I am deeply impressed to find that the hot flushes were reduced dramatically with immediate effect and the night sweats have stopped completely, meaning I am now sleeping soundly again. I still overheat a little sometimes, but not the same overwhelming flush of heat that made me want to tear all my clothes off - actually, after being very susceptible to the cold for most of my life it is actually quite nice to feel a bit warmer, without the unbearable hot flushes and a much reduced heating bill! It took 4 weeks for the anxiety symptoms to decrease, they have now receded into the background and rarely strike. I am more focused and feeling like my old self again. I cannot recommend these supplements enough! They may seem pricey but it works out at less than £1 a day, which to my mind is a small price to pay for the results they have yielded.

I’ve been taking two a day now for the past month and dare I say they seem to be helping. Due to me being peri menopausal, I was starting to have real low days, paranoia and I knew this was typically not me. I found these to be really helpful in terms of how I felt, reducing my feelings of anxiety and mood fluctuations before my period. Unfortunately for me they really upset my stomach and this did not settle down despite me taking them for a long period. Eventually had to accept defeat and stop taking them.

Peri menopausal relief in a jarI have been feeling rubbish for a while, at that age when things start to change but done a good job of trying to ignore it up until recently!I put my symptoms down to the stress of starting.
