Tastes really good and easy to digest.

I never try to say whether a supplement helps you or not as there are too many variables and results mostly anecdotal. So unless I'm able to scientifically measure the difference (as I've done with Vitamin D in the past) I just rate them on whether they taste good enough for me to ingest them. Yes, they taste pretty good. Sugar free or loaded? Sugar Free. And do they arrive all stuck together and/or do they end up all stuck together by the time I'm done with them? These arrived nice and loose in the jars but by the time I finished them off, they were clumping together pretty well. The small opening in the jar makes it hard to get them out, once this happens. It doesn't effect the taste but it sure does make it tricky and frustrating to get them out that last week or two.

Easy to eat pills are hard to wallow

These are delicious gummies. I eat a healthful diet (mostly carnivore), but I like to supplement with vitamins. May not need them some will say (not here to dispute that), but I take a variety of gummies daily. Most of my gummies are sugar-free, just has thease L-Lysine gummies are. I have been taking these for 45 days (have not missed a day). I am glad they come in a two-pack.Two of these gummies have 2.5 carbs, so I keep my carb count low. The texture of these gummies are amonth the best of my group of gummy supplements, and I really like the strawberry flavor. I know I like a gummy when I look forward to taking them, and I look forward to taking these gummies. They do contain Xylitol, which I know has come into question this past year. I like the benefit of knowing that it helps absorb Calcium, among several other benefits. I probably get adequate Lysine from my carnivore-ish diet, as I eat lots of meat, but I can be sure I do by taking these yummy gummies.It is hard to say what measurable impact they are having internally, because I generally feel good/healthy most of the time, but I don't have any adverse side effects, and they don't have artificial colors, and they taste good and the quality looks good, so I am giving it five stars becaue I should not knock stars off just because I don't have measurable results for something that would be hard to have measurable results.

If you take Gummy type multi vitamins, these are much softer texture. I very much like the strawberry flavor and actually enjoy the taste. The bottle was packaged very secury with a plastic wrap and another layer of wrap aroung the lid. After opening the outer package and take off the lid, there is another typcial 'sheet' protection on the mouth of the bottle.I can not assess how effective it really is.

Several years ago I started seeing "protein bars" and "energy bars" on the store shelves. When I compared the ingredients to "candy bars", they looked "healthier". To this day, I consider all of these bars, whether they be granola or protein or energy as all being in the same class of snack - all are ultimately candy bars, some healthier than others but candy bars none the less.I saw these gummies on Amazon and thought they were worth a try. They are advertised as L-Lysine "chewable supplement". L-Lysine is an amino acid that helps your body absorb Calcium, which is important for bones and teeth. It basically helps the body to heal and repair, which we all need. It is reputed to help prevent cold sores as well. There is documentation that L-Lysine supports reduced anxiety as well as collagen production, supporting your skin and nails. I've read links online from Mt. Sinai, Healthline, and WebMD that suggest that the studies performed are legitimate.Most of us get an adequate amount of L-Lysine in our diets. Poultry, fish, shrimp, shellfish, pork, beef, soy, nuts, seeds, eggs, beans, and lentils all provide the RDA (recommended daily allowance) proscribed. If you are not getting enough, taking a supplement with "absorbable" L-Lysine is a good idea.I have not been taking these for very long, and I've noticed no significant change in the last week. I'm planning on finishing the bottle, and crossing my fingers that they will show some benefit. If they don't do anything, they are very tasty and a nice sweet snack. In the same way that I might have a protein bar instead of a candy bar, I see these delicious gummies as a healthy sweet snack with possible health benefits. They are similar in taste and texture to the old "Ju-Ju-Bees or Dots" candies we used to buy at the movies.If I can get some health benefit from a couple of low calorie gummies, I'm game. I like them. They are a fun snack that I hope offers some health benefit.

These gummies are pretty good. L-Lysine is supposed to help with your skin and your immune system and calcium absorption. In all honest, I can't really say that I feel any different after taking these gummies, but the research is clear that it does make a difference, so I'm trusting the science. First off the texture of these gummies is great. Not sticky, not overly sweet, not candy like. Just delicious, without sticking to your teeth. The flavor is nice too - subtle and not over the top. And since they are sugar free, you don't have to worry about these promoting cavities as much as sugar based gummies and also, no empty calories added to your diet. The only reason I gave this product a 4 is because nowhere does it state where they are made? Does that mean Made in China? That's always my worry. But this product seems and tastes great and I'm sure these ingredients are doing their job. On that basis, I recommend it.
