I like this powder. Already bought second one in a tube. Great price and weigth. It's actually fully dissolving in a hot water, can't understand why some reviews saying it's hard to dissolve. It's says on the package - dissolve in a hot water. You can cool it down and drink on it's own or to add to any drink. It has no flavour and can be mixed with anything, food or drinks. Noticed less pain in joints already. Sure there is a skin and nails benefiting from it too but needs more time to see the results. Will buy again if price stays same.

At the ripe old age of 45, I switched to a plant-based diet. For a while, all was well but, after some time old injuries through heavy training started to really play up, in-particular my shoulders.I battled with my morals and conscience as switching to a plant-based diet was largely due to animal welfare and my feeling that it wasn't right for something to die for me to consume. I tried vegan solutions to collagen replacement (which is not readily available in a vegan diet) but they did little to help.I am practical and, however much I do not like the idea of suffering, I do not want to reach old age and find my joints cause me immobility. Collagen within the body is finite so, without replacing it, those of us that exercise hard are doomed to a painful future.I decided upon this product for two reasons. First of all, it was marine collagen. There was no way I could stomach chicken sternums or beef (especially since rehousing some ex-battery hens, nursing them back to health only to witness the intelligence of these underrated creatures). The second reason was that the fish were from sustainable sources. If I had to add something I would rather not into my diet, I still want to be as ethical as is possible.The result? In a very short period of time, exercises I have found difficult for at least a year now were performed without pain. Additionally, I was able to increase the weight on those exercises, something I did not think I would ever be able to do again.Of course, an extreme response could be expected from my circumstance; I had not ingested collagen for at least 18 months and, prior to that, would not have consumed it in large quantities, so it was very much like giving a starving man tickets to the free buffet. However, I see no reason why others would not beneft from additional collagen. Whether it is to help with joints or skin condition, you are unlikely to consume the desired amount from your diet unless it is deliberately sought.Unless anything changes in the product, I shall continue to buy this product and recommend it whole-heartedly.

I love the quality of this product, it's made from wild sourced fish (better bioavailability than bovine), and contains 10.000mg of collagen per serving (10gr) which is a great amount, not like other brands I bought in the past, that contained a ridiculously low dosage and were simply too 'weak' to be effective. ( products delivering 750-1000 mg per dose for eg. are totally useless so save your money). You can mix it with food/smoothies, but collagen is better absorbed on a empty stomach and taken together with Vitamin C, so I drink it half an hour before my breakfast dissolved in orange juice (collagen it's absorbed withing half an hour). It has massively helped with my joints and my skin texture has visibly improved.I would give it 5 star but it's quite tricky to dissolve and gets easily lumpy. After many weeks though, I have come up with my own technique: I add the powder to an empty glass, then add a tiny amount of liquid and stir vigourously until it becomes a thick paste, I then add the rest of the liquid bit by bit and stirring each time to avoid lumps forming. I bought it again and will keep on buying (if price doesn't increase)

I’ve tried a few marine collagen powders and I’ve held off reviewing until I’ve just about finished my first packet. My hair and eyelashes are thicker and stronger, my nails grow so quickly, my skin feels softer and my teeth and gums are less sensitive. Yet to see improvement to my joints and muscles but I think that will naturally take longer anyway! For the price compared to other brands it’s worth a try I’d fully recommend you give it a go. Dissolved completely in hot water after a good stir I have it in my morning coffee and there’s no taste or residual taste and it doesn’t “repeat” on me!

I saw results quite quick and I love it. My hair is thicker and grown a lot even though I have curly hair you can see the different from last month to now.My nails are growing much more and feel stronger. My skin is very smooth, I have less pain on my joints now I can tell. My bones and joint usually aches when its getting cold but so far so good.I like that i doesn't taste anything and so easy to add to anything.I'm very happy with the product and it is soon finish which is a good sign. The package is big and you think you will never finish it but if you are consistent and have it everyday you will actually be surprised how quickly you see the differences.

I have been taking collagen for a few years and like to try different brands; by and large I find that most of the top brands are much the same in that there is little to no taste, they produce the desired results on skin, nails and joints and can be used in a variety of food and drinks.I have not tried this brand before and I must admit to being a little disappointed. The taste is good but try as I may I cannot get the powder to dissolve in drinks be they hot, cold, warm. I therefore end up putting it in my breakfast cereal as the only way to ingest it. This way if there are clumps then I don't notice them.The second problem I have had is that this product has caused stomach issues and so I have had to reduce the amount I use.Other than my own two issues it is a high quality product that I would clearly buy again.
