I call him Fred. Fred is my new best friend. I LOVE this Shiatzu Massage pad. I probably use it too much. The first couple of days I didn't want to leave my house, and I believe I gave myself bruises on my back because I used it too many times. It is a good idea to use it only a few times a day at most. But even when you over use, one can control it by how hard one leans into it in certain points of the back. Honestly, I do love this. I paid less than I would have for one human massage (which I also highly recommend, but . . .). So if I wear it out too quickly, I'll just replace it. Fred is my new best friend!

Love this!! You can put foam if less intensity is needed. Gives a great massage

Pretty good massage pad. Gets pretty deep and works well. Does not heat, or at least mine does not.

If you position yourself just right, it can really get deep in there.

This is not what I ordered. I did not know the control is on the seat & it doesn't shut off properly. I assume it's broken. I read the instructions & did as it says & it doesn't shut off properly. It does not go into the upper back as it states either. I'm 6'1 so it should work as stated & it doesn't. Very disappointed & would not recommend. Will send back & order from another product line
