I love this vibration plate! It's easily portable, I move it around the room to different spots. Very easy to use and understand how it works. Comes with a remote control and I love that it is so easy to adjust with the remote while you're on the plate. The timer starts with 10 minutes, great quality, helped my hip and lower back pain work itself out. I find after using it I do feel refreshed and ready to go for the day. I use it multiple times a day, when I wake, in the afternoon, and before dinner. This has worked for me and it is now apart of my daily routine like brushing my teeth.
