Easy to use and store
This worked great from the first time. Using 2% milk and fermenting for 8 hours, the flavor was mild and creamy. Straining a little the next day made it even better. It is so small, it is easy to tuck into the freezer door. I would recommend adding the culture at closer to 100 degrees than 110. I think one batch did not work well because my temperature was too high when I added it. It would be helpful if they had a measuring spoon for smaller batches. I ended up using about 1/8 tsp (estimate - since 1/4 tsp is the smallest spoon I have) for 4 cups milk. I will definitely be ordering it again!

Best tasting yogurt!
This yogurt is the best we have ever tasted. When I tasted it plain after it was finished I ended up eating a whole cup. It is smooth and mild and blends well with fresh fruit and granola. I can eat only small amounts of other yogurt in the same mixture. This one I can finish in a normal amount of time. I highly recommend it. I have only made one quart so far, but expect I will be able to make several more using some of what I now have, so that little jar should last awhile.

Makes thick yogurt, using very small amount.
This makes THICK yogurt. I usually use my previous yogurt for new, and have tried other starters. This takes very little to start and makes a good thick yogurt. I still use my yogurt to start, but add a few granules in to assure it's thick, like I want it. I don't heat up my milk either. I have a yogurt maker and I just mix this product in with a wisk, start my yogurt machine and it turns out perfect. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Good culture! Great job!
Got it yesterday- made a pretty good, thick yogurt in my instant pot on the "sous vide" function. I had set it at 108F for 6 hours n left it overnite after it was done. It was a very tad bit sour...maybe next round I'll set it only for 5 hours n maybe not leave it overnite...let's see.Although the quantity is less, this culture is much cheaper than another brand I'd gotten n also they give free shipping while the other brand charged about $5 or$6 for shipping. Also, I only need to use 1/16th of a teaspoon for a half gallon for this one,, so should last me a good while. Also, per their instructions I store it in the freezer, so should be good for a while....so overall a winner!!!Only issue is shipping is not in ice, so as soon as I got the notification that my shipment had arrived, I ran n got it...especially since it summer now....

Bad culture
I don’t know if I got a bad culture or what but it’s not productive at all. I’ve tried to make yogurt with it 3 times and every time it’s lightly cultured soup. The return window has passed so I’ve wasted money on a product that doesn’t work. If you choose to buy - use right away so if you get a dud you can get your money back.

Delicious mild flavor
This made delicious yogurt which has a mild flavor and nice texture. It reminds me of the great yogurt I had in Italy. Made it in my Ultimate Health yogurt machine set to 107 for 5 hours.

Had an issue with the first batch, but the company fixed it with a replacement.
Unfortunately, the culture got hot in the post office. I contacted them. They said test it. I did. When it came out like a shake, I notified them. They sent a replacement thatworks :)

Perfect!
Worked great! I added a few tablespoons of milk powder to my regular milk and got lovely, thick, creamy yogurt in 8 hours in my Instant Pot. Very mild as advertised. Delicious!
