this is not real sand .. it is kinetic sand.

Q: Does anyone have a way to get the Blue stain off the figure?

I'm not sure what the blue is from. Our figures had a lot of the tan sand on them. We soaked them in hot soapy water and they came out clean. Maybe you have a rare figure with a special birthmark! ;-)

Q: Can the volcano erupt more than once? Is this just a "one time" event? If so, can you purchase additional materials to make the fire or ice erupt?

Just once. U can add other stuffs inside to make it erupt again.
