2 questions: (1) does the funnel have any capacity markings stamped/engraved on it and (2) is the lid sturdy and fit snugly?

I don't recall any capacity markings, also the lid is sturdy with a plastic tab, with a hole to hang to store . This is how I store mine on a Hook! Overall it is a sturdy plastic all around, for the money of course.

Does it fit on Subaru radiators?

i can't say for sure if the adapters will fit a subaru but i do know that the kit is designed to fit almost any passenger car in the world .
