Comes vacuumed packed ,very heavy to move in box ,infact delivery guy just dumped it in my porch and was gone ,I had to find a neighbour to carry it upstairs for me as I live alone and have arthritis ,as for the product very happy and no complaints ,item reasonably priced ,comfortable and good quality, fits double bed perfectly .item was well packed and no damage ,took a few days to expand completely

Amazing, I suffer badly with lower back pain, and recently it’s been agony, so bought this mattress and I can now sleep right through the night.It’s a very well balanced mattress , and such a good price, very happy with my purchase.

So it came all packed up in a cardboard box, very easy to move upstairs and then opened it and let it loose. It looks great and fits perfect as far as first impressions go. We left the mattress for the 72 hrs on the bed which was weird sleeping on settee but ended up being worth it.it started off being a little uncomfortable and bit too firm but then as the days went on it softened up and is now one of the comfiest mattresses I've ever been on and it does seem to keep you cool, I mean I don't feel as hot as my last mattress so that's got to be good and it's easy to slip on the covers and get cosy.

This type of vacuum packed 'hybrid' mattress was a new experience for me, so I was dreading finding I'd made a mistake.But none of that - the mattress is really really good. It's a good fit on our double bed frame. It seems well made and sturdy. The feel is soft but supportive (more 'medium' than 'firm'), and much more comfortable than the old style sprung thing it replaced. I sleep well on this mattress, so does my partner, and her back trouble has gradually improved. I left it over a month before reviewing, and so far we are both very pleased.Tips - get it out of the box and onto the bed before unrolling (double size takes two to lift) / Outer wrap keeps mattress rolled, inner wrap keeps it compressed /Take care when cutting the wrapping plastic not to cut the mattress itself (just cut open a few inches of vacuum wrap and let air pressure do the rest) / There was a faint rubbery smell at first, that quickly vanished / As the leaflet says, don't judge it until it's fully taken shape / I paid extra for disposal of the old mattress, and that service was perfectly fine.If you go for it, I hope your experience is as good as mine....

This is a fairly firm mattress, compared to what I am used to, however I tried this at my daughters house as she has it in her guest room and I liked how it felt.What I like the most is that it firm at the edges and I don't feel like I'm about to roll off the edge.I purchased a king size as I felt I needed the extra width. I've slept in for 5 nights without any issue.This mattress was also excellent value for money. It came in a long narrow box tightly wrapped. I just placed it on the frame and followed the instructions. I didn't notice any funny smells and the mattress puffed up fast. My husband wasn't keen the first night and he ended up sleeping in our old bed, however he appears to be adjusting to it now.I would recommend this mattress providing you are wanting a firmer one.
