I was going through a rough phase as my mom suffered a brain stroke and she was bed ridden and I decided that I will not keep her on pipes and all. I was confused about size, as medium was 28-44 waist size so for trial I ordered one pack of it because my mom is lean and waist around 32. But I found and mom too was uncomfortable as it was tight. So I ordered one pack of large and that did the magic. No wetness and change is every 12-13 hours. It’s hygienic because it comes out dry. My suggestion is to go for a one size up of your requirement. I vouch for this product. I am satisfied.

I have been buying these diapers for last 3 years. But this time, the diapers are not good in quality. Having leakages. Material also seem to be of substandard quality.

The best overnight diapers for adults. My 80 year old father had benign prostatic enlargement. He has high frequency of urination at night and also large volume of urine output during night hours. All the fluid is absorbed and sustained in this diaper. Plus the material is cotton, there is no plastic used, which offers breath-ability to the back skin of the patient. All previous diapers gave bad diaper rash to my father, and I had to apply anti-fungal cream on his back for months, and yet the rash was not under control.
