Q: does the weight of the pencil make it uncomfortable for long time usage?

Personally I didn't felt like that it's balanced weight only. but maybe longer usage feel uncomfortable

I think the pencil comes with a standard HB lead installed. You'll have to buy additional leads according to your requirement either online or from a store.

The media could not be loaded. Best value for Money love the quality grip is really good and it look good. It is bit heavy so if you not big fan of heavy mechanical pencil I wont recommend this to you but if you like heavy pens or pencils go for it you won't regret it
