Received items in acceptable condition but with damaged packaging
I felt that it was lucky the inner pouches did not burst. Storage and handling needs to be better. There were stains on the product brand packaging as well. Otherwise, it was a recent packaging and expected product quality.The health mix is really filling and the lack of sweetness is very convenient. I can sweeten lightly or not at all. Tastes fresh and is easy to introduce into diet.

Ingredients not pure
When you drink the preparation , you can feel the fine grained sand particles on your tongue. That is too bad indicating unclean and impure ingredients. I am a bit disappointed.
