Works great for Allen trailer!
My wife bought an Allen trailer from Amazon awhile back and we really needed a second hitch so that we could put attach the trailer to either of our bikes without the hassle of switching the hitch back and forth. This worked great! Easy to put on and was a great fit for our Lectric XP 3.0 bikes. Very sturdy and great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Bike Partial trailer pulling part
To pull a trailer on a bike you must install parts to the bike making it able to attach and I found those parts are sold separately but with our vehicles broke down and not even having a washing machine hook up we must go to the laundromat so since our bikes were the means of transportation while searching for parts I saw a need for investing in a trailer for the bike and that ment also buying the parts needed for attaching.A wonderful investment. The cart has taken the laundry to the laundromat and back many times hauled groceries home as well. We've even used it to take our dog with us. It helped to save a lot of anxiety of how to get things done and being able to use the bike is probably saving us a lot on gas.My husband loved the trailer and has found many uses for it plus he enjoys riding his bike.

Not compatible with M10 Axel Nuts nor Clevr Trailers
Solid, well made part. Much stronger than the part I wanted it to replace. The recessed part there the axel nut is meant to rest in is not large enough to accommodate M10 axel nuts with flanges. (This is reason for minus stars, it's not secure on e-bikes that user larger axels.)Other (doesn't affect score):* Clevr trailers use a right angle (e.g. 90 degrees) hitch and their trailer design expect that. This hitch is angled at about 45 degrees which when connected to a Clevr trailer puts the trailer itself too close to the rear tire.* Hitch is too narrow for Clevr trailers, this can be solved by adding grommets (or duct tape) but the stock Clevr grommets are too thick to use so you will have to fabricate something yourself.

Copilot is a pretty well known trailer company and this was not compatible with ours
This does its function. I feel like they should know what trailers are compatible or at least a pretty good idea of what trailers work with this piece. My hubby had to spend about an hour modifying our trailer to fit this piece. We are using this with our CoPilot bike trailer, it worked well once it was modified. He modified our Copilot because it was aluminum and easier to manipulate. He had to modify the receiver because the holes did not line up for the mounting pin, and the circumference was too big for that receiver to he had to drill the hole out to make it larger. If you have a CoPilot you're thinking about using this with, I would just buy their piece if you feel like it's not worth all this extra effort we had to put in to make it work. It was about a 10 dollar difference when we were comparing prices, had we known what we do now, we would have paid the extra 10.
