I’ve had awful insomnia practically my whole life and it only gets worse when I’m pregnant. In Joette Calabrese’s homeopath blog, calc flor is recommended during all of pregnancy (along with other specific remedies that vary by month). She didn’t say that this remedy would cure insomnia but after I started taking it, this is the best I’ve slept in a long time. I can’t believe how well it works and will take this religiously (probably forever, but definitely until the end of my pregnancy). Highly recommend!!

Pills are horribile. Do not disolve and taste like chalk. Had to throw it out.

We use Calc Fluor for a variety of issues. This one works great. It is a bit slow to dissolve. But a good value.
